Add the name at checkout exactly as you want it to appear, capitalisation included. It is embroidered onto the piece before your order ships.

What if I spell the name wrong?

Personalised items are produced exactly as you type them, so please check the spelling carefully before you order. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away and we will change it if your order has not gone into production yet.

How do I pick the right size?

Full measurements are in the product photos on every listing. Our pieces are cut with a little room to grow, so if you're between sizes, size up. It is the one they will get more wear out of.

How long will it take to arrive?

Personalisation takes 1-2 business days, then your order ships. You'll get tracking as soon as it is on its way. The delivery estimate on the product page updates with your order date.

Can I return something personalised?

Yes. A lot of sellers make personalised items final sale. We don't. You have 30 days to tell us something is not right and we will replace it or refund you.

How should I wash it?

Cold wash, inside out, to protect the embroidery. Lay flat or tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener and it will keep its shape and colour.
