Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Child Universe. Every item we send is chosen with care for your little one, and many of our pieces are made by hand. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Delivery times

10 to 15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Handmade and personalized items (such as our hand-knitted sweaters): please allow an extra 3 to 5 business days, for a total of 13 to 20 business days. Every step of these pieces, from knitting to finishing, is done by hand, and we never rush that work.

If your order contains both standard and handmade items, we ship everything together once the handmade items are ready.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

 

Order tracking:

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays:

Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, weather, customs checks, and carrier delays can occasionally add extra time. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we will help.

Address accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages:

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to make it right.
