How long does personalization take?
Every piece is made to order just for you. Personalization takes 3–5 working days, then your order ships with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $75. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return a personalized item?
Every order is covered by our 100-day happiness guarantee. If something isn't right with your personalized piece, contact us within 100 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Will you check the spelling of the name?
We stitch the name exactly as you enter it, so please double-check the spelling and capitalization before checkout. Spotted a typo after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your piece goes into production.
How do I care for embroidered pieces?
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle in cold water, then tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the embroidery to keep every stitch looking its best.
